Winchester Elite is excited to announce that tryouts for our upcoming youth basketball teams will be Saturday Feb 6th at Winchester Sportsplex. All interested 4th-12th graders should plan on attending 15 minutes prior to their slotted time to get checked in and numbered.

• 4th, 5th & 6th Boys & Girls: 5pm-6pm
• 7th & 8th Boys & Girls: 6pm-7pm
• JV Boys & Girls: 7pm-8pm
• Varsity Boys & Girls: 8pm-9pm

The goal of our program is to have as many kids as possible competing in tournaments that give them the best possible chance of growing as basketball players. Based on the number of kids and their skill level, will determine the team they will be placed (there will be no co-ed teams)

TRYOUTS ARE OVER! THANKS EVERYONE FOR COMING OUT AND CONGRATS TO THOSE WHO MADE THE TEAMS!

Any competitive teams formed will be competing within 1-1.5 hours from Winchester VA (with the exception of the end of the season tournament in Ocean City in June – if your team and parents agree to play in it). Winchester Elite, on average, competes in 6-8 tournaments per season. We will do our best to keep this format the same this upcoming season barring the unpredictable COVID set-backs. Practices for all teams are anticipated to begin the week of February 22nd and will typically be twice a week with games on weekends starting in March.
